Terms of Service

Last updated: March 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Santa Rosa Concrete Contractor website located at www.santarosaconcretecompany.com and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Santa Rosa Concrete Contractor provides residential and commercial concrete installation, repair, and replacement services in Santa Rosa, CA and the surrounding Sonoma and Marin county areas. All services are subject to a written estimate and work agreement signed by both parties before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are free and provided in writing. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment. If site conditions change materially after the estimate is issued (for example, unforeseen underground utilities, soil conditions, or project scope changes), we will notify you and provide a revised estimate before proceeding. Final pricing is confirmed in the signed work agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual work agreement. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by California law.

4. Cancellations and Changes

You may cancel a scheduled project by providing at least 48 hours written notice before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs and materials ordered. Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties.

5. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. We provide a one-year workmanship warranty on all installations unless otherwise specified in writing. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, vehicle overloading beyond standard residential loads, tree root intrusion, acts of nature, or site conditions that were not disclosed at the time of estimate. Concrete is a natural material and minor surface cracking over time is normal and not covered under this warranty.

6. Property Access

By engaging our services, you authorize our crew to access your property as necessary to complete the contracted work. You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the work area, including removing vehicles, pets, personal property, and obstacles. We are not responsible for damage to areas outside the designated work zone caused by conditions you did not disclose.

7. Permits and Compliance

When a permit is required for your project, we will advise you and can assist with the permit process. Permit fees are typically the responsibility of the property owner unless otherwise agreed in writing. We comply with all applicable local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Santa Rosa Concrete Contractor, we ask that you contact us directly first so we can work toward a resolution. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Sonoma County, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
